Transneft Far East assisted the administration of the Dalnerechensk urban district in connection with seasonal typhoons in Primorye Territory.
The Dalnerechensk Regional Oil Pipeline Directorate (RPD), company’s branch in Primorye Territory, carries out emergency recovery works in Dalnerechensk urban district since September 1 to eliminate consequences of the Bavi tropical cyclone and to prevent flooding during the Maysak super typhoon. Specialists of directorate in Dalnerechensk are strengthening dams on the Bolshaya Ussurka and Belaya Rivers, and also restoring the passage along the Shevchuk street washed out by downpours and groundwater on 28-29 August, during the Bavi cyclone. Company’s specialised equipment is used in the works.
RPD provides assistance to the municipality at the request of the district administration and the district commission for emergency prevention and response.

Last year, the company assisted in eliminating consequences of a destructive flood in Mazanovsky District of Amur Region, in Shumnyi settlement of Vyazemsky District, Khabarovsk Territory, and in Guberovosettlement of Pozharsky District, Primorye Territory. Company's specialists cleaned drainage channels and culvert sections, repaired roads.
