Transneft Far East, LLC operating the second stage of oil trunk pipeline Eastern Siberia-Pacific Ocean (ESPO-2) implements measures on preparation of the pipeline facilities to working during fire danger period.
Specialists of Transneft Far East, LLC conducted emergency response drill (ERD) in extra severe environment at the linear portion of the second stage of Eastern Siberia-Pacific Ocean oil trunk pipeline (ESPO-2).
Transneft Far East, LLC has finished preparing industrial facilities of the second stage of Eastern Siberia-Pacific Ocean oil pipeline (ESPO-2) for the flood period. As part of implementation of special measures a set of works was performed at more than 2 thousand kilometres of the linear portion and eight oil pump stations (OPS) of the pipeline.
The technical part of the design documentation and results of engineering survey prepared by Giprotruboprovod, JSC for extension of phase II of the Eastern Siberia – Pacific Ocean oil trunk pipeline (ESPO-2 operated by Transneft Far East, LLC) have obtained endorsement from Glavgosexpertiza.
Transneft Far East, LLC has conducted a professional orientation meeting with teachers of Academic College under Amur State University and third year students, majoring in “Maintenance and Operation of Electrical and Electromechanical Equipment” at oil pump station (OPS) No. 27.
Eastern Siberia-Pacific Ocean Project Management Center (PMC ESPO, LLC, a subsidiary of Transneft, JSC) started installation and welding at the linear portion of the pipeline offshoot from Eastern Siberia – Pacific Ocean Pipeline System (ESPO PS) to Komsomolsk Refinery.
In collaboration with the Arkhara municipal district administration and the local employment centre, Transneft Far East held an occupational guidance meeting with residents of Arkhara settlement (Amur region).
Transneft Far East, LLC implements a quality management system in the sphere of construction as part of implementation of the corresponding policy of Transneft, JSC.
Supervisory control for three environmental analysis laboratories of Transneft Far East, LLC located in Amur Region, Khabarovsk and Primorie Territories was performed for two weeks by specialists of the Federal Accreditation Service (RusAccreditation). In the process of the inspection they confirmed competence of the ecologists of the oil transportation enterprise in performing more than 120 types of studies, as well as accredited the employees of laboratories for conducting new types of chemical analysis of air, water, soil, bottom deposits.
Transneft Far East, LLC has finished technical upgrading of oil pump stations (PS) No. 24, 27, 30 as part of the first stage of Eastern Siberia-Pacific Ocean (ESPO-2) extension. Works on increasing technical characteristics of pumps – pressure and supply of raw hydrocarbons, were conducted on a twenty-four hour basis by three teams of Regional Oil Pipeline Departments of Transneft Far East, LLC within a month.
