Transneft Far East, LLC conducted firefighting and tactical drills (FTD) at Oil Pump Station (OPS) No. 36 in settlement Lermontovka of Khabarovsk Territory. Volunteer fire brigade (VFB) members of Transneft Far East, LLC were involved in the drills, as well as representatives of the 91st fire station of the 3rd fire fighting service detachment of Khabarovsk Territory.

Transneft Far East, LLC conducted emergency response drill (ERD) on response of simulated emergency at the oil pipeline in swampland. As per the drill legend the emergency occurred in a hard-to-reach area of second stage of oil pipeline Eastern Siberia-Pacific Ocean Pipeline System (ESPO-2).

Thus, installation of the device for specifying of planned-high-altitude position of oil pipeline (UOV), drilling and infrastructure development of thermometrical boreholes are performed.
Nominal grants of JSC “Transneft” for a special contribution to training of specialists for oil transportation branch were awarded to four lecturers of Far East Federal University (DVFU). The money shall be spent on optimization of educational and research works, mainly in the field of transportation of oil and oil products on the main pipelines.
Specialists of Transneft Far East, LLC organized an exhibition of machinery and special equipment used for maintenance of Eastern Siberia – Pacific Ocean Oil Trunk Pipeline for the students of 12 schools in the Amur Region.
Employees of Transneft Far East, LLC in the process of tabletop exercises (KShU) practiced actions as regards elimination of simulated ESPO-2 pipeline rupture at the site of crossing of oil trunk and Tunguska river in the district of settlement Nikolaevka of Khabarovsk Territory.
Today, on August 28, heads of Transneft Far East, LLC and IOGC-Khabarovsk Refinery, JSC started pipeline supply of raw hydrocarbons to the refinery. Before putting into service of 28-km offshoot of Eastern Siberia-Pacific Ocean pipeline system, belonging to Transneft, JSC, raw materials were delivered to the refinery in tank cars by rail.
Transneft Far East LLC installed fixed booms in the estuary of the Partizanskaya River that runs into the Nakhodka Bay. They are intended to protect the sea bay and Lake Lebyazhie connected with the river from floating rubbish, oil and lubricant stains and to mitigate the risks of oil leakage into the sea in case of accidents in ESPO-2 trunk oil pipeline laid down on the river bottom several kilometers upstream.
