Transneft Far East, LLC has finished technical upgrading of oil pump stations (PS) No. 24, 27, 30 as part of the first stage of Eastern Siberia-Pacific Ocean (ESPO-2) extension. Works on increasing technical characteristics of pumps – pressure and supply of raw hydrocarbons, were conducted on a twenty-four hour basis by three teams of Regional Oil Pipeline Departments of Transneft Far East, LLC within a month.
Subdivisions of Dalnerechensk Regional Oil Pipeline Department (RPD) of Transneft Far East, LLC have conducted a tabletop drill (TD) on elimination of an emergency oil spill in winter in the river Ussuri in the Primorie Territory. Representatives of Svyaztransneft, JSC, Transneft Security, LLC and Transneft UW Service, JSC participated in the TD – total 57 persons. 60 special equipment units and 19 equipment units were involved.
On December 22 the Government of Khabarovsk Region held the awards ceremony for the specialists of Transneft Far East, LLC who took the first prize in the Eco Leader 2015 Competition in the Large Enterprise nomination.
As part of the agreement signed between Transneft Far East, LLC and Far Eastern Federal University (DVFU), in 2016 the enterprise will conduct practical studies for students, as well as joint research and technology events and probation for the university teachers.
A complex special drill (CSD) on elimination of inflammation of a tank with oil was conducted on the base of oil pump station (PS) No. 34 of Transneft Far East, LLC in the suburb of Khabarovsk.
Transneft Far East, LLC is holding the third Youth Scientific and Technical Conference in the city of Khabarovsk. The event is attended by 35 employees of the company, as well as 14 students from the Far East universities: the Pacific State University, the Far Eastern State Transport University and the Far Eastern Federal University.
Transneft Far East, LLC started testing of the new software allowing receiving additional information on influence of terrestrial rocks shifts and earthquake shocks on technical condition of the linear part of the second stage of Eastern Siberia-Pacific Ocean Pipeline System (ESPO PS-2).
Transneft Far East, LLC completed the inline inspection of stage II of Eastern Siberia – Pacific Ocean pipeline system (ESPO-II PS). Its length from Skovorodino pump station (Amur Region) to Specialized Sea Oil Port in Kozmino (Primorsky Region) is 2,047 km.
Transneft Far East, LLC took actions to protect the red book yew trees in Primorsky Region. Thus, employees of pump station No.41 of Transneft Far East, LLC treated ninety pointed yews of tree and bushy forms to protect them from being eaten by the hoofed species.
During the tabletop drill (TD) conducted by Transneft Far East, LLC the oil transportation enterprise employees have trained remedial actions for emergency situation (ES) in swamp land, caused by oil spillage from ESPO-II Oil Trunk Pipeline (OTP) and failure of locking instruments of the pipeline system.
