Transneft Far East has conducted emergency response drills (ERD) in Amur Region to clean up a conventional emergency oil spill at the underwater crossing over the river Zeya of the Eastern Siberia – Pacific Ocean oil trunk pipeline (ESPO-2) phase II.

Revamping of oil pump station (PS) No. 27 of the second phase of Eastern Siberia-Pacific Ocean trunk pipeline (ESPO-2) has been started in Amur Region. The station, which is now a booster one, will become a pipe-end PS with a tank farm.

The energy management system, including a set of technical and management decisions, has been implemented and is effectively operated at all the industrial facilities of the entities of Transneft system for the purpose of increasing the energy efficiency level.
Construction of three new oil pump stations of the second phase of Eastern Siberia-Pacific Ocean trunk pipeline (ESPO-2, section from Skovorodino PS (oil pump station) No. 21 in Amur Region to Kozmino port in Primorie Territory), operated by Transneft Far East, has been started at the Far East.
Transneft Far East, transporting oil through the second phase of Eastern Siberia – Pacific Ocean oil trunk pipeline (ESPO-2), has finished equipping two oil pump stations (PS) of the pipeline with units for drag reducing additives (DRA) insertion.

Transneft Far East was included into the National Register “Leading Russian Energy Organizations – 2017” based on the proposal of the Administration of Housing and Public Services and Energy of the Government of the Jewish Autonomous Region.
The employees of oil pump station No. 41 of Transneft Far East conducted monitoring of spreading yew tree saplings in Anuchinsky District of Primorie Territory. Ecologists of Transneft Far East handled the trees for the purpose of protection against animals and noted that development of the Red Book pine trees is satisfactory. The next control for the saplings’ condition is planned for June 2018.
Transneft Far East participated in public discussion of the reform of state control and supervision in the Far East during analyses of law enforcement practice of the Far Eastern Directorate of the Federal Environmental, Industrial and Nuclear Supervision Service (Rostechnadzor).
